Partner Projects
SEED Studios – Found Around
With the uncertainty surrounding lockdown measures right now, our community will be experiencing different things: some returning to normal; others to a different life than the one they had before lockdown; others not leaving lockdown at all.
We are encouraging our community to record and share their creative responses to their everyday lives right now. We wish to unite our community in this time in a project that will allow them all to share reflections on their life over the past few months and now.
You don’t need fancy equipment, or music production skills, you could use a phone, tablet or any microphone. All you need to do is record something that reflects your life over the past few months and send it to foundaround@seedstudios.org.
Your creative responses will be used in musical compositions by artists commissioned exclusively for this project, as well as being featured in our ‘Found Around’ online exhibition.
Found Around is supported by the Arts Council England Covid-19 Emergency response fund. Check https://www.facebook.com/seedstudiostrafford for more info.
