Broomwood CWC reopening Update

You may have heard on the news that community centres are now able to reopen. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back! And we are working hard to make this happen.

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of people using the building, we have phased the reopening. We are currently in phase one and are working with partners who have a Health and Safety plan in place in order to run their activities. This includes; members of the public booking with the group/activity in advance.

As we start to gradually open our centres, we want to manage the number of people accessing the building at any one time, alongside a system to be able to track and trace. This means we are NOT currently open to the wider general public without a prior booking. We will be considering this in phase two hopefully in August.

Please do not hesitate to contact the centre if you have any queries or want to discuss working with us on how to run an activity from the building whilst keeping everyone safe. You can contact us on 0161 980 0720 between 10 and 2 pm or email

We are taking cautious steps in order to get it right and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
