Office Administration Volunteering

Outline of Role and Tasks: We need volunteers who can work within the blueSCI team to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Tasks include maintaining information display boards, posters and leaflet racks, monitoring and restocking levels of self-help pamphlets and outreach library books, and assisting with other administrative tasks such as paperwork, printing/copying, and maintaining levels of office supplies.

The skills you need:

  • Happy to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Good IT, communication, and organisational skills

Hours/Days required: Flexible.

Times: Flexible, although ideally you would be able to commit to a regular shift

We would prefer that you can offer at least two sessions each week.  This can be discussed during our first meeting

As a first step of this process we require you to disclose any criminal convictions you may have, including those considered 'spent' under the Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974, or any police action pending.
