Outline of Roles and Tasks: Meeting and greeting all visitors to the centre warmly. Engaging with visitors to ensure they have a good experience of the centre, and that they feel comfortable and welcome. Showing kindness, compassion and empathy to all visitors. Answering enquiries both in person and over the telephone and signposting people around the centre.
The skills you need:
- Friendly, empathetic, welcoming attitude
- Professional approach to timekeeping and presentation
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
Hours/Days Required: We have vacancies Monday to Friday, 9-5.
Times: Flexible, although ideally you would be able to commit to a regular shift
